IIA Returning Student Enrollment Form

School Year 2026–2027

To guarantee your child’s placement for the upcoming school year, this form must be completed

and submitted as soon as possible. Enrollment for new students will open on April 15, 2026, and

returning students will be secured only after this agreement and required payments are received.

I have read and understand the school’s policies regarding tuition and payment schedules,

1) enrollment & materials fees, all payment requirements, uniform policy, code of conduct, withdrawal and refund policy, and delinquent account policy.
2) The Enrollment & Materials Fee ($425) is non-refundable.
3) The first tuition payment (1/8 of the annual tuition) is due no later than August 15, 2026 .
4) Applications for enrollment* for new students will begin on April 15, 2026, and returning students are encouraged to complete this process promptly to *secure a seat*
